Those of you who have practiced trataka may have experienced the hazards of trying to balance a candle at eye level.

 

This elegant simple design provides a safe, adjustable and portable solution.

 

 

Telescopic trataka Stand

The trataka stand easily unscrews into three pieces, making it very convenient for storage and traveling.

 

The photograph on the right shows a fully retracted stand, 15cms high, that extends to 95cms. It is possible to set the height at any point within this range easily, simply by pulling it up or down.

The stand has been designed and developed by Sanyamatma (Inner Eye) and is now manufactured in the Republic of Ireland using black powder coated steel.

Travel/storage bags

These beautiful bags are skillfully made using heavy duty cotton. Separate pockets protect each part of the stand, making them very useful for travel and storage. The bag folds in three and is fastened closed with two buttons. Available in dark orange (geru).

 

The bag has been designed and developed by Sanyamatma (Inner Eye) and Kim Jones (costume designer, UK). The bags were recently manufactured in India, by a single tailor who specializes in making/designing suits.
